La risposta di Ira Vigdorcik, tramite il suo avvocato Amir Rosenberg: "la signora Ayelet Dayan ha raccolto fondi per le atlete della squadra (la sua casa ne faceva parte), da sponsor, e questi fondi sono stati utilizzati per finanziare palestre, fisioterapisti, insegnanti di danza e altro, bisogni per cui il sindacato ha evitato di provvedere alla squadra e la signora Vigdorchik ha finanziato queste spese - di tasca sua e con donazioni, tutto come ha detto la signora Vigdorchik ad Ayelet Dayan, e sentirete sicuramente le parole pronunciate dalla signora Vigdorchik in questa materia. Il sindacato di ginnastica finanziava regolarmente i regali che i giudici fanno per conto del sindacato ai giudici in quella competizione. Lo scambio di regali tra i giudici è una tradizione riconosciuta e ben nota, e quando un giudice a nome del sindacato si è lamentato con la signora Vigdorchik che il sindacato non le ha fornito questi regali di routine (mentre i singoli giudici sono stati forniti come al solito), Ayelet Dayan e la signora Vigdorchik si sono assicurate di completare i regali e consegnarli al giudice del gruppo israeliano per conto del sindacato.

Le false affermazioni sul regime dietetico "estremo" della signora Vigdorczyk sono andate in frantumi nel verdetto che ha accolto la causa per diffamazione da lei intentata. Alle atlete è stato chiesto di consumare solo cibi sani nei pasti regolari, per evitare dolci e cibi malsani. A causa del rifiuto del sindacato di finanziare l'alimentazione delle atlete mentre erano nell'appartamento delle ginnaste, la signora Vigdorczyk ha acquistato il cibo per le atlete della squadra con i propri soldi, anche in questo caso, il suo compagno ha cucinato il cibo per loro e vi sono state inviate alcune foto del cibo cucinato, che dimostrano alcuni dei cibi consigliati, e sicuramente presenterete le foto per intero.
Per quanto riguarda la telecamera, quando è stato deciso che le atlete avrebbero smesso di vivere nella loro cabina privata e si sarebbero trasferite nell'appartamento accanto alla sala di allenamento, i loro genitori hanno avviato e finanziato l'installazione di telecamere all'esterno dell'appartamento come fa qualsiasi genitore responsabile, e ne informarono anche le loro figlie. Questo è stato anche durante il periodo del Coronavirus e anche per questo c'è il divieto di ingresso per gli estranei. Gli allenatori si sono impegnati per la sicurezza delle ragazze. È infatti possibile portare i dolci nell'appartamento in modi diversi, contrariamente alle istruzioni. Il consumo di dolci e cibi malsani danneggia non solo gli atleti professionisti, ma per quanto li riguarda - il risultato del consumo di cibi malsani è, tra l'altro, l'aumento di peso e un aumento del rischio di lesioni per l'atleta professionista.
Tra le centinaia di atlete che la signora Vigdorczyk ha allenato, ne sono state trovate alcune, di solito nascoste sotto "anonimato", allo scopo di inventare bugie contro la signora Vigdorczyk. Alcune di loro hanno pagato centinaia di migliaia di NIS come risarcimento per queste bugie. "La pratica in tutti questi anni in tutte le competizioni del mondo è che tutti i giudici portino un regalo ai loro amici, quindi non c'era niente di insolito nel fatto che anche un giudice israeliano portasse un regalo agli altri giudici e ricevesse un regalo da loro. Questo è un atto sociale e nient'altro."
La risposta dell'associazione di ginnastica:
"I bugiardi che sono stati messi in scena stasera - non riusciranno nel loro piano nero per danneggiare le medaglie d'oro olimpiche e dozzine di altre medaglie che Israele ha vinto solo grazie a grandi risultati sportivi, come il mondo intero ha visto in diretta televisiva e non al buio. "Le associazioni sportive in generale e l'associazione di ginnastica in particolare sono in un'interfaccia con il ministero che richiede la segnalazione e l'approvazione in sole 4 interfacce: test di supporto, atleti eccezionali nell'IDF, preparazioni olimpiche e sicurezza delle delegazioni. Nell'ambito del suddetto segnalazioni, non è mai pervenuta alcuna segnalazione al riguardo.
Il Ministero dello Sport ha formulato un codice etico di base per le regole di comportamento nello sport che i sindacati hanno richiesto ufficialmente nei loro statuti, dove il codice etico generico è un modello di base per gli organismi sportivi e sono autorizzati a formulare codici che si adattano all'unicità esigenze e caratteristiche di ogni settore.
Anche il tema del ricevere/concedere doni o favori è ancorato alle regole deontologiche e, per quanto riguarda tali regole, dovrebbe essere evitata l'accettazione e la concessione di questi agli interessati se ciò può potenzialmente pregiudicare la condotta o il giudizio professionale. Come abbiamo già accennato, al ministero non è pervenuta alcuna segnalazione in merito alla suddetta questione”.

Among the hundreds of female athletes that Ms. Vigdorczyk coached, a few were found, usually hiding under "anonymity", for the purpose of inventing lies against Ms. Vigdorczyk. Some of them paid hundreds of thousands of NIS in compensation for these lies. Ms. Vigdorczyk stands behind every word she says to the athletes during 12-14 hours of training a day. Even if sometimes one or another word is said that it would be better not to say, either on the part of the athletes or the coaches - things are always settled between the coach and the athlete, and this has no effect on the education of values and the pursuit of excellence. It's not about circles for enthusiasts, but about the aspiration to belong to the global elite, which involves, more than once, stressful situations at the highest level."
