La nuova allenatrice delle future "ragazze d'oro": "voglio vincere una medaglia d'oro".

Ha preso il posto di Ina Ananieva come allenatrice del gruppo. E' estremamente educata, affascinante, positiva. E' la Buona Dimitrova. La prima volta che l'abbiamo incontrata era così concentrata ad allenare che non abbiamo osato parlare. La seconda volta abbiamo parlato un paio d'ore. Di tutto - ginnastica, calcio, basket. "Mi piace semplicemente guardare e conoscere tutto" ha detto.
In assolutamente tutti gli argomenti sportivi la specialista era sul "tu". Sapeva del campionato a squadre ... Slavia 1996 e mi ha scioccato con i nomi Todor Pramatarov, Cyril Kachamanov etc. Nell'intervista capirete perché. Parlando di Alexander Vezenkov. Ti interessano i media ed il rumore attorno alla squadra?
Colpisce, non c'è molto che possa fare. Sono più preoccupata per le bambine perché sono ancora davvero delle bambine. Quando parliamo di interesse, osserviamo che in Bulgaria ogni secondo una ragazza vuole essere coach di ginnastica. Eccetto sicuramente le bambine le cui madri hanno giocatrici di pallavolo o basket.
Quanto tempo ci hanno messo da quando ti hanno invitata a tornare dalla Svizzera alla Bulgaria?
E' cominciato tutto...così, sedevo sul balcone di casa sorseggiando vino e guardando la bella vista davanti a me. In Svizzera viviamo in un luogo come Bankya a Sofia, un posto remoto della città. Tutto attorno a noi ci sono case con proprietari di famose marche nel mondo. In una parola - l'idillio. E' successo a giugno. Mi ha chiamata Ina Ananieva con la domanda "torneresti ad aiutarmi al campo della nuova squadra, dal momento che sarò molto impegnata con la preparazione olimpica?". Ho accettato immediatamente. Non avevo assolutamente future intenzioni, sapevo solo di andare per un periodo, finire il lavoro e tornare in Svizzera.
Ma eccoti come coach principale del team nazionale.
Così è stato (ride). Dopo le Olimpiadi sono andata da Iliana Raeva ed Ina Ananieva mi ha detto "perché non rimani in modo permanente?". Ho ottenuto le cose sempre senza molto sforzo. E' semplicemente successo. Qualche tempo fa, dopo che ho finito di lavorare con il team svizzero, ho detto a casa "un giorno sarò la coach della nazionale bulgara". Ho riso un po', ma qui sta davvero succedendo.
Se la prima chiamata era temporanea, in quanto tempo hai dovuto accettare la seconda - quella permanente?
Anche qui avevo diversi giorni. Ne abbiamo discusso io e mio marito e non abbiamo avuto problemi. Sa quanto volessi questo lavoro. Mia figlia era inizialmente contro. Loro vivono in Svizzera ma mi sono convinta che dovrei stare in Bulgaria.
Ti è possibile gestire questo?

Che cosa hai detto alle ragazze quando hai accettato l'incarico e non eri più un'opzione temporanea?
Niente (ride). Mi hanno guardata stranamente per 15 minuti e poi sono andate a lavorare. Parliamo molto, costantemente. Ho un vantaggio, queste ragazze hanno l'età di mia figlia. So cosa pensano, cosa vogliono e di cosa hanno bisogno. Ho un nuovo social network e comunico con loro attraverso questo. Non voglio essere una donna severa che urla. Voglio allontanarmi da quello a cui eravamo soggette quando gareggiavamo. Ora le bambine sono diverse.

Naturale. Risolviamo quasi tutto lavorandoci insieme. Le guido a pensare i loro movimenti in modo che siano più facili, quindi dò loro libertà, loro vedono che il lavoro diventa più facile. Un poco - sì. Stanno con me più che con i loro genitori. Le guido a mettere i loro cappelli quando è freddo. Mantengo le cose di tutti i giorni, l'igiene, la disciplina, l'ordine nella stanza. Tra loro sono diventate molto unite. Sono diventate amiche. Senza obbligo, questo era il mio obiettivo.
Hai problemi con il tuo peso o con quello di qualche ragazza?
Non sono particolarmente grandi. Sono ancora molto piccole. Se non mi piace il peso di qualcuna, lo noto immediatamente e glielo dico. Le bambine al giorno d'oggi, comunque, sono molto diverse. Vogliono essere apprezzate molto, vogliono apparire belle. Quali ginnaste voglio essere sovrappeso per tirare la maglia da qui a lì e nascondere tutto?! Decidi tu quali ragazze saranno nel team e quali no?

Qual è il tuo sogno con questa squadra?
Una medaglia d'oro (sorride). Oppure al primo torneo a Mosca effettuare buone combinazioni, senza errori. Per mostrarci in buona luce ai giudici e ai fans.
Solo in uno? Potrebbe essercene un altro prima della World Cup di Sofia a maggio?
No, no, sto parlando della Coppa del mondo e dei campionati maggiori (ride). Voglio essere tra i team migliori. Voglio che le ragazze siano sane e resistano soprattutto mentalmente.
Eventualmente con un cattivo risultato all'inizio ti agiteresti?
No, ma saremo deluse. Ci sono due opzioni, o andare a martello o perdersi da qualche parte.
In molte aree della società la Bulgaria è all'ultimo posto. Ci sono un paio di cose che possiamo imparare dalla Svizzera. Sei felice di lavorare con qualcosa che puoi imparare?
Certo. Sono fiera di essere bulgara e mi apprezzo. Quando ho visto le ragazze della squadra svizzera... Non voglio descrivere la situazione. Il mio primo obiettivo per il primo anno era guardare le ginnaste. Il secondo anno, finire tra il 12esimo ed il 14esimo posto, quindi ogni anno gli obiettivi aumentano. Ad una gara in Giappone stavo con Despa Katelieva che era una delegata bulgara alla Camera. Le mie ragazze dalla Svizzera sono corse verso di me applaudendo. Despa ci ha chiesto "vi siete classificare per la finale?". E loro hanno risposto: "siamo 12esime" e correvano pazze di gioia.
Il team ok, ma la vita è regolare?
Allora, è tutto in ordine. C'è più disciplina. Le persone sono molto vicine, non guardano l'altro nel piatto. Che a volte è meglio. Non importa loro quale sia la nazionalità e se sia di qualità come persona e professionista. Ci sono molte persone ricche e una massa di classe media. No poveri. In Svizzera tutto ha una soluzione. Per esempio, il settore dei trasporti pubblici singoli Nanny Noah è dannatamente caro. All'inizio dell'anno, comunque, offrono un abbonamento annuale ad un buon prezzo. Naturale e a livelli molto alti e per molti più soldi che in Bulgaria. C'è disciplina e le persone lavorano. In Bulgaria, quasi tutti sono rivenditori, cercano di fare qualcosa e far cadere qualcuno. Ci sono sotterfugi meschini. Non date per scontato, tuttavia, che tutto sia grandioso. Molte volte mi sono immaginata se lì vivi la tua vita. Ho risposto - venite a vivere lì al posto mio. E' difficile, sono uno straniero. Sento nostalgia per la Bulgaria. Accendo la TV o la radio e piango. Mia figlia, ora 16enne, non ha questi problemi. Siamo partiti quando ne aveva 8, ora studia ad una delle scuole più d'elite, le materie sono insegnate in due lingue e conosce perfettamente 5 lingue. C'è un trattamento esclusivo con la scuola. In questa scuola ogni anno setacciano i bambini. Se hai un successo inferiore, sei mandato via. Voglio puntare sulla sua formazione, anche se si sa che si tratta di un ginnasta.
Perché tua figlia non ha preso il tuo cammino e non ha scelto la ginnastica?
No, l'ho fatto per forza. Solo quando allenavo in Bulgaria non c'era nessuno ad aiutarmi a badarla e la portavo con me in palestra. Così ogni anno era bloccata nella ginnastica. Le piaceva. In Svizzera è un po' più difficile ottenere passaporti locali, questo impedisce di essere parte di una squadra. Ma presto ci saranno passaporti e la vita e la salute saranno probabilmente parte della squadra svizzera.
La riporterai in Bulgaria?
No, con enfasi. Non voglio gettare qualcosa sulla sua vita ancora. Non perché non sia buono, al contrario, qui sarebbe capace di realizzarsi. Perché sei stata una ginnasta?
Perché mia nonna mi ha portato all'allenamento (ride). Baba Veska, come la chiamavo, ora ha più di 90 anni. Una grande immagine. Ed oggi si interessa di quello che faccio. Mi chiama, mi dà consigli. Persino da piccola ho sempre voluto essere una ginnasta. Da bambina amavo i miei calzini bianchi (ride) quindi sono rimasta nello sport. Poi, nel quinto grado, sono arrivata a Sofia. Dal 1989 al 1993 ero parte della squadra. Abbiamo vinto due medaglie d'argento (Mondiali 1991 ed Europei 1992).
I genitori volevano lasciarti venire a Sofia per continuare la ginnastica?
No, non spirali. E' stata dura, all'inizio odiavo persino Sofia per il caos e lo stress. Poi mi sono abituata. All'età di 18 anni ho perso il padre. Mi mancava molto e continua a mancare. Mi faceva pressione perché imparassi. Notava sulla mia lista di cosa leggere "Sotto il giogo" e poi scriveva un argomento di lettura. Quindi, capite se ho letto i materiali (ride).
Ora che hai ereditato il posto di Ina Ananieva, la storia ti connette a molti anni prima?
(ride) Molti anni. Gareggiavamo quasi allo stesso tempo come individualiste. Poi siamo entrate entrambe in squadra. Vivevamo in una stanza. Una lunga amicizia collega me ed Ina, è qualcuno su cui puoi sempre contare ogni volta.
Raccontaci il noto regime dei tempi. C'erano regole dure?
Eccome, non c'è niente da nascondere. Facevamo le nostre scale a 6 volte poco prima di mezzogiorno. Il mattino alle 6:00 davanti alla croce dopo la corsa mattutina. Bussavano alle nostre porte di notte per misurarci per paura avessimo mangiato qualcosa. Bevevamo acqua dai vasi di fiori. Uno è qui per avere fame, ma tu sai i desideri?! E nonostante tutte queste vessazioni, non sto piagnucolando ed accetto tutto questo che mi ha insegnato qualcosa. Ho imparato a gestirmi, come lavare i calzini, per esempio. Nascondevamo il cibo, eravamo terribilmente creative. Abbiamo corso per andare in discoteca. Prima di ciò, comunque, un sacco. Poi ballavamo come pazze e perdevamo peso. Così prima avevamo poi perdevamo peso. Sapevamo che facendo 1000 salti indossando la tuta, tre l'un l'altro, perdevamo un chilo. Le cose erano così a quel tempo.

Dopo la fina della tua carriera di atleta attiva cosa hai fatto?
Allenavo con mia sorella a Varna. Poi sono rimasta incinta e sono stata fuori dalla ginnastica. Poi ho lavorato in "Thrace Elite" in Plovdiv. Sono andata per tre mesi in Francia ma sono tornata ed ho creato una mia scuola. Ho lavorato un paio di anni e poi ho ricevuto la proposta dalla Svizzera.
Cosa fa tuo marito?
E' un giocatore. Gioca nella Slavia, poi nel Lokomotiv (Plovdiv). Era in Slavia al momento di Nasko Sirakov e Bobby Mihaylov. Il loro allenatore è stato Cano Kotzev, pace all'anima sua. Mi ricordo che hanno giocato Pramatarov, Kachamanov - sapevo tutta la loro squadra del campionato nel 1996 (ride).
