Ma questo significherebbe due cose:
1. Si sono accorti di aver fatto una grande capellata (bene)
2. Cambiano idea come gira il tempo e le federazioni (bene ma non benissimo)

sì è così. Praticamente si ritorna ai valori base antecedenti. Tuttavia pare sia temporaneo. Dipenderà molto dal fatto, come dice Rika, se qualche particolare federazione non farà richiesta di reintegrare la proposta.
CONSPIRAZIONE: Anna non ha ancora recuperato il quad lutz e almeno se lo centra ha il valore base più alto possibile  maaaaaa.... (?)

Figure skating Grand Prix decisions due before potential fields named
CITAZIONE Figure skating Grand Prix event fields, usually published in June ahead of the autumn season, are not expected to be released before August for a potential 2020 campaign.
The International Skating Union will wait for a report from a group of skating officials to determine the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on the 2020-21 season.
Any proposals would be submitted to the ISU Council to make a final decision.
An ISU spokesperson said Tuesday that there will not be information on Grand Prix fields before a Grand Prix group meeting that’s expected to be in August.
The ISU previously announced it set a deadline to decide on possible event cancellations: 12 weeks before an event starts. For the first Grand Prix Series competition, Skate America in late October, the decision deadline is Aug. 1.
In sostanza, ci tocca aspettare un altro mese e più prima di sapere quali tappe di GP verranno riassegnate, in caso di cancellazioni, di conseguenza anche se il torneo avrà luogo.
Considerazione personale: vedo improbabile che Skate America si possa svolgere come di consueto, ed anche la tappa canadese appare in serio dubbio, essendo saltata quella relativa di JGP.
A giorni si saprà di più anche sullo Junior Grand Prix, la precedente comunicazione indicava il 6 luglio come prossimo meeting sul tema.

Secondo me è meglio iniziare la stagione a Novembre e fare la finale di Grand Prix a gennaio . Così:
1 Gli atleti di TUTTE la nazioni si riprendono dal lockdown.
2 È possibile che il tasso di mortalità del Covid si abbassi con gli antivirali e più sicuro per tutti.
3 È possibile che le gare internazionali di tutti gli sport rinizino in ritardo .

Dovesse svolgersi il Gran Prix, pare probabilmente che salti la Cup of China ma non la finale, che nei piani attuali si dovrebbe svolgere a Beijing, in previsione olimpica.

CITAZIONE Japan Skating Federation has decided to cancel assigning skaters to the Junior Grand Prix and Challenger Series events in light of the coronavirus pandemic.
I’ll add—speculatively—that while Japan’s COVID numbers have swung back up (200+ per day in Tokyo several days recently), not participating in JGP and CS may be more related to the difficulties of getting skaters out of and back into the country due to travel restrictions.

ISU Events scheduled to be held in China in 2020
CITAZIONE Following the announcement from the General Administration of Sport of China last week, the ISU received clarification through its Chinese counterparts regarding the ISU Events scheduled to be held in China in 2020.
As the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating - Cup of China event is part of the ISU Grand Prix series and is consequently related to the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final which is an Olympic Test Event, the Chinese Olympic Committee (COC) reportedly agrees that the Cup of China scheduled to be held on November 6-8, 2020 in Chongqing, remains scheduled as planned.
Like for all other five ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating events in the different countries, this is of course subject to finding the necessary logistical, medical and safety solutions to hold the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating events as planned.
The Chinese Olympic Committee’s decision not to hold international sports events until the end of the year (2020) does not affect the Olympic Test Events, namely the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final (December 10-13, 2020) and the ISU World Cup Short Track event (December 18-20, 2020) planned to be held in the Olympic venue in Beijing.
The ISU Council will next meet on-line on August 3, 2020 and based on the feedback from the ISU Members and the Council’s appointed Working Group, the ISU Council will decide upon the further course of action for ISU Events.
Al momento la Cup of China rimane programmata, a tutela del Grand Prix e della finale, in quanto quest'ultima è considerata un test olimpico.

- Le tappe JGP passano al momento a 5, ma i criteri soliti di qualificazione alla finale vengono meno e quindi verranno ridiscussi nel prossimo meeting, previsto per il 3 agosto, pertanto è attualmente in dubbio anche lo svolgimento della finale JGP.
- I Challenger che si svolgeranno non verranno considerati parte di una serie ma singoli eventi, comunque validi per il world standing
- La quantità di spot nazionali per i mondiali 2021 sarà equivalente a quelli previsti per il 2020, non essendo stati disputati (ovvio ma non era ancora stato specificato)

ISU Junior Grand Prix Series 2020/21 cancelled
CITAZIONE Since the last ISU Council meeting on July 6, the ISU has been informed of increased travel and entry restrictions which would seriously complicate the travel of Junior Skaters with the consequence that some ISU Members simply cannot or do not feel comfortable to send Junior teams to the remaining ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating countries. Furthermore, the potential extensive sanitary/ medical care measures (including possible quarantine) would put an unsustainable burden on the organizers.
Based on the advice of the Medical Commission and the Council appointed Working Group, the ISU Council has therefore concluded that the ISU Junior Grand Prix of Figure Skating events of the season 2020/21 cannot be maintained and that all events of the series must be cancelled.
If later during the season the pandemic developments and situation change and allow for the safe organization of international junior indoor events and some ISU Members wish to host an International Competition for Juniors, the ISU would consider financially assisting interested ISU Members, subject to receiving a detailed proposal. Preference will be given to ISU Members that had previously been allotted an ISU Junior Grand Prix event for the 2020/21 season
The ISU regrets the cancellation of this popular junior series even though it is in line with the ISU policy to put the safety and health of event participants as the number one priority.
The ISU Council will meet again online on August 3 to evaluate the pandemic developments and related situation and to update the season planning for the ISU senior Events.
