.International Adult Figure Skating Competition
Gara federale annuale riservata alla categoria adulti, la più importante in programma, il che la rende una specie di "mondiale" per coloro che si sono avvicinati al pattinaggio in età avanzata. A questa gara partecipano sempre molti italiani e non è raro vedere qualche pattinatore statunitense o russo. Nella categoria Elite ha partecipato anche Midori Ito.
Esistono diverse categorie a seconda del livello dei pattinatori, a seconda della categoria scelta ci sono diverse regole da rispettare (come la durata del programma) ed elementi proibiti (per esempio, i salti tripli sono consentiti soltanto nella categoria elite, che accetta anche i pattinatori che hanno gareggiato a livello junior-senior da più giovani).
E' un'occasione per condividere la passione per il pattinaggio anche in età adulta, chi partecipa ne esce sempre con una bella esperienza.
