GANNA RIZATDINOVA: "ero preparata a sconfiggere le russe. Quindi - forse!"
23.09.15
Fonte
I miei giri, quello che so fare, viene valutato superiormente.
E quest'anno, in particolare. Quindi...forse!CITAZIONERizatdinova Ganna: "I was prepared to win the Russians. So - maybe!"
23 September 2015.
Anna Rizatdinova, the first issue of the Ukrainian team in rhythmic gymnastics (there and say - the first number, not the "leader", as in other sports), returned from the World Championships in Stuttgart, fatigue-free and in good spirits - despite the fact that he made error lishivshuyu her medal in a key discipline around. On the "Porsche Arena" Anya won four bronze - three personal, in the finals with the objects, and one command, and earn a license to the Olympic Games in Rio.
During a web conference XSPORT.ua, a record for the number of questions and emotions, for hiding these issues, Rizatdinova shared his thoughts about the past "peace" and on the future Olympics, told about the way the status of the second issue of the national team and almost to the end of a career champion the world and take the world level.
The first time I arrived after the World Cup - and did not feel the usual fatigue. Usually, the end of the competition, a few days I will not be touched, no one even tries to call - everyone knows that I was "out cold", I just sleep around the clock. Here I had such an emotional lift - not even that of the medals, both from my speech - that I wanted to come and the next day go to the gym with trainers, to create something new. I knew that the license for the Rio we have now is that stops me? It's nothing.
What is the reason that we have for the first time at the Olympic Games in the individual program is only one athlete?
This is due to changes in regulations, the implementation of the International Federation. Under the new rules, to get to the game you need to two gymnasts of the country were in the top 15. If the second number does not fall in the top 15, she remains virtually no chance to qualify. Now the second number is very difficult. Frankly, if such a system was at the time of selection to London, I would not have got to the Games. We are the new rules do not really like, but on the other hand, the logic is to expand the geography of the Olympics and let more countries. This is done for the development of gymnastics in general.
About World Championships in Stuttgart
The most pleasant memory - this is the first final with the subject, my favorite hoop. We coaches a month before the World Cup have updated my program. It was a risk, but we went for it. I went out and did not know, get a program or not. And when the judge put a pretty high praise, which I do not count when I saw Tsiferki "3", ie, a prize, happiness knew no bounds. Then it was much easier - I knew there was a medal that does not return home empty-handed.
But the most negative thing that I would like to correct - it is certainly an exercise with clubs in the absolute superiority, when there was an unfortunate mistake, and I still can not understand why this happened in the all-around, a very important day. All was well, I started with the clubs, a good kind of - I knew that now go out and "all the tear." There was a good seventh starting number, warm-up was excellent - nothing foretold troubles. Throughout the four days I was very stable. Exercise has done very confident - and that's just at the end ... I guess with me the whole room gasped.
After that, of course, hand dipped slightly. It is very hard to survive when over the years you work - and for a fraction of a second decide your whole career. Well, that to me were the coaches who helped me to continue my speech.
In London I was tenth, and for me it was a complete failure - because there is always at all the Olympics, both Ukrainian gymnasts were always in the top five. I did not understand the meaning continue to continue to do it. But at this point in my life was a man without whom now I can not imagine my life - it Irisha Blokhin. She believed in me so much, in fact, that this is not my most that convinced me. Just after the Olympics have changed the rules - the exercises are more dance. My turns - what I can do - become assessed above. We made a very good program. So off they went - and led me to what I am now de.
World Championship 2013, which took place in Kiev, I have changed radically. After these events, where I won a gold and silver wrap-around, I already began to be perceived as an athlete and as a person invited to the interview, that is, I became some kind of a name in the sport. After that I began to wonder about that. What do I have to do everything to repeat it in the Olympic Games. My dream since childhood was not easy to take part in the Olympic Games, and the fight for the medals.
In 2014 I built great plans, but the events of the beginning of the year, it seems to me all crippled. We train in the "October Palace" before our eyes lined Maidan and place all of these terrible things. We have not practiced for a long time, have not started a season in time - it has affected programming. Then the entire history of the Crimea - we were just at the World Cup in Hungary, when the question will be the Crimea to Ukraine or not. I'm nothing could think of was the parents who were in the Crimea. In general, the year was very difficult, but thank God, the main start of the season - the World Championship in Izmir - Get in there brought 4 bronze medals, as well as now.
On the complication of the programs in 2015
This year we decided to complicate the program. People write a lot - I'll try not to read, although I was fond of it, but I still watch. And in virtually every comment slipped that Ukrainian gymnasts go on foot, with no subject. I was so hurt that in 2015, the main goal was to complicate their programs.
People think that small works with the object - say, maces - it's incredibly difficult. I do not argue that it is difficult, but believe me, unscrew turn in attitude at the highest toes, while careful not to lower the rear thigh and another to do something the subject - it is no less difficult. I'm not a fan of small works with the subject as an amateur body work - but we went to the complexity of programs. And probably at the beginning of the season because of that, I allowed the insidious error, loss of items. Learn new skills at age 22 - it is difficult, but nevertheless, we left and brought the program to automatism. And at the World Cup, I do not hear someone say that Ukrainian gymnasts go on foot.
For me, the chief judge - is the audience, the fans. Eventually, I came to the conclusion that no longer pay attention to the judges. Of course, they are very important, but I step into primarily for the audience. I have "experts" that I always tell the truth in the eye - this is my first coach, Veronica Y. Belyaev, and my mother, she is also a coach in rhythmic gymnastics. I sometimes take offense at it, but then I accept what she says. My mother could not watch my performances in a live - and then show it to repeat.
We in rhythmic gymnastics is very important name. If you are already in the top five or top ten, you can somewhere a little regret, do not put quite so bad score as happened to me at the World Cup. But it is very difficult to make a name. I went to him for a long time, and after London, to be honest, just dropped his hands. But then came the moment in 2013, six months after London, when the judges saw me, looked closer. Then I won at the first World Cup, in Estonia, I won.
And the world champion this year, and European Games, which were incredibly important for me and for the country - for me all the stages of preparation for Rio de Janeiro. I see before me the way in which end - Rio. I already customizable to the fact that last month before Rio will be the most difficult in my life. I understand that I will crawl out of the room and even specially attuned to what to bring themselves to the point - because the only way you can succeed.
We are now coaches in the creative process about software updates. Something new will, something will - do not want to reveal all the secrets.
Most were rumors. Once it became known that the Crimea goes to Russia immediately began to talk - that's Rizatdinova she krymchanka, she can go to Russia. But specifically, I no one offered. Perhaps it is no secret that I would have refused, because I am a patriot of his country. Even there was no thought about it.
The dominance of the Russians in artistic gymnastics
I have introduced the rule of "one gymnast from the country," the official competitions. This is the right decision, which was introduced for the first time on the European Games. All gymnasts once new opportunities, all begin to fight each realizes that she has a chance to stand on the podium. Even if Russia takes the first place, then there are two more great chances for that are worth fighting for.
I also think it is wrong that we have in the Olympic Games is not the medals in the individual exercises. The whole struggle throughout the years is only one set of medals - why? It is difficult to deal with Russia, yes, and we are not the first generation that is struggling with them. Our schools - Ukrainian, Russian, Belarusian - compete for centuries. But I also get them to win. And this year, in particular. So - maybe!
