Fonte by Anton Ganin
Voglio dire specialmente grazie a tutti i nostri fan.
Ci seguiamo a vicenda.
CITAZIONE Arina and Dean Averina: "Medals are given hard, through sweat, labor, overcoming oneself"
One of the main triumphs of Nizhny Novgorod sports in 2017 was the twin sisters Arina and Dean Averina. Nizhny Novgorod artists with their performances at the European and world championships once again proved the level of development of rhythmic gymnastics in the country. Young athletes calmly relate to earned awards and dream only one - the upcoming summer Olympic Games, which will be held in Tokyo in 2020. There is very little time left for preparation, there are still many sports starts that precede the games. Despite their busy schedule, they found time to interview our magazine.
The outgoing sports year turned out to be very successful for you, together you earned 50 medals of different denominations, including collected all the gold of the World Cup, which became your debut for you. Can this start be considered the main thing in a career? Dina Averina: The World Cup in 2017, which took place in the Italian city of Pesaro, we, of course, consider our debut as well as the European Championships in Budapest and the World Games in Wroclaw. Participate, let alone win at the World Championships every sportsman dreams, the World Cup is still the second most important tournament after the Olympic Games. We are almost 100% satisfied with the result, because we did not expect such good results. We worked hard, trained, tried to show our maximum, but until the last moment they did not expect from themselves that everything will turn out. Arina Averina: After the performance, it was very pleasant to realize that we not only successfully performed, but also did not let anyone down, did not upset us. This applies to our team, and the head coach, and parents who are also very worried and sick for us, even at a distance. We always feel the support of the family - it is very important for everyone who defends the honor of their country in any sport. I especially want to say thank you to all our fans. They help us very much with their support, encourage us in every possible way. Believe me, this is very important for us!
Dina, Arina, tell me, how are the victories given? What do you have to face, what difficulties to overcome, how difficult it is to sustain such a frantic pace, everyday work in the hall for several hours, almost to wear and tear? Is there a recipe? Dina Averina: The recipe for our victories, probably one, is the close-knit work of a whole amicable team: technical workers, cooks, doctors, choreographer, stage manager, coach. Now we are working under the guidance of Irina Alexandrovna Wiener-Usmanova, with my beloved coach Vera Nikolaevna Shatalina and talented choreographer-director Irina Borisovna Zenovka. They went with us all the way, thanks to them we were able to win all the gold medals of the World Cup. Also, our first coach, Larisa Viktorovna Belova, made a huge contribution to this victory. Arina Averina: At the Novogorsk sports center, Irina Alexandrovna has created all the necessary conditions for productive training, comfortable living, professional treatment and rehabilitation. But for every athlete all wins, all medals are given hard, through sweat, labor, overcoming oneself. But all these efforts are justified. After the speech at the World Championships, Irina Alexandrovna congratulated us and said that we coped with the task, well performed and Russia is still the best.
Despite belonging to one of the most elegant sports - rhythmic gymnastics, you and your sister are called the "secret weapon" of the national team. Do you agree with such a definition of experts and journalists? Dina Averina (smiles): The fact that we are a "secret weapon" was first mentioned by Irina Aleksandrovna Wiener-Usmanova, when the leaders of the team were Yana Kudryavtseva and Margarita Mamun. In the Russian team, the competition is always high, the bench is huge, so every gymnast in training and competition has to prove that she is worthy to represent her country at the international level. You are the main hope of artistic gymnastics in our country. Does not the burden of the burden? Arina Averina: We try not to think about the burden of responsibility. In general, it lies on all athletes who perform under the flag of their country. We are always tuning in order to fulfill our programs as much as possible, all the tasks that the trainer has set for us. Here you need constant progress, you can not stand still. We together with the whole team try to make the programs of performances more difficult each time. Yes, it takes a lot of effort, time, but we understand that this is the only way to achieve victory and show that we are really the best. Dina Averina: Yes, we always feel responsibility, it was even when we were still playing juniors at the PFD Championship, Russia. Already then we tried not to let the team of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
Do you manage to watch other sports and successes of Nizhny Novgorod athletes with a busy schedule of performances? Arina Averina: Most of the time we train and live on the sports base "Novogorsk" - the largest training base of Russian national teams for the most important international competitions in more than 30 sports. We communicate and we are friends with many sportsmen. Always sick and very worried about figure skating, from the bottom of the heart we wish them victories at the Olympics in Korea. To follow the victories of other Nizhny Novgorod sportsmen, to be honest, we do not have time.
Many consider you one whole, is not this insulting, because each of you is a person? Do you know each other's strengths and weaknesses? Dina Averina: In the team we are not considered one whole, although, of course, it is more comfortable for us, it is more convenient to speak together, because in case of error one another will insure, support, put up a shoulder. We never compete with each other, on the contrary, we try to support each other, it just helps us to move towards the goal. We follow each other. The most important thing is that if Russia wins gold, not Dean or Arina, we do not act for ourselves, but defend the honor of the country. And since we are very different in character, each of us has its pros and cons.
What is the main desire you make for the next year? Which peaks remain unbroken, in addition to the Olympics, where you want to add and prove your superiority? Arina Averina: The main and main desire is health, and yet - to pass this year without injuries. Currently we are working on new programs that fans and judges will be able to see and evaluate in February 2018 at the Moscow Grand Prix. We tried to complicate these programs, make them more interesting, saturated. In plans - to be selected and act in 2018 on the champions of Europe and the world, which will be held in Spain and Bulgaria respectively. But in general, we need to go further, forward, do not stand still, constantly evolve.
